Hi, Ian here. although I would much rather
have been working on the show yesterday I understand why they called
off school, I hope that people notice what happened in central
Massachusetts, the poor kids missed so much school that they don't
have a February vacation. If we can't do a show were not going to
die, none of the other classes are doing shows (but I do still want
to do the show!). Today I went tunneling through the piles of snow
produced by the snow shoveled off to the side of the driveway, my
tunnel met up with Nicky'sand we both got stuck. Nicky caved in the
tunnel and he got covered in snow. Our neighbor helped him out.
Maya, the neighbor hood dog played with us too. anyways, I kinda
just wanted to say hi, so hi. Bye-ya. Hi. Glad you had fun in the snow. We do have plans for the half day - rebuilding the classroom! Had any thoughts about how to save the story for the Show? Act four is basically going to have to go! So, how can we make the story work without the whole Robin Hood thing? I'm putting on my thinking cap even now! Mr. A.

I couldn't make the Talent Show this year - but I swore off them anyway after the last two or three made my blood boil: either the howling, screeching crowd, or the depressing 'dance' and tuneless Karaoke performers. I heard that Nicole was amazing, that Katherine and Hailey, Hannah, and Charlotte were fab, too, so I'm sad to have missed them, but what can you do? Your drama club show sounds like fun. night i had a Medford hockey game in
Arlington. The other goalie on my team
let in four goals and I let in 1 that
was not my fault. I played second. When
i came on the ice it was 4 to 1 the
other team. At the end of the game the
score was 5 to 5 tie game. Well played. I hope you made your fellow goalkeeper feel OK about the four goals he let in, too. Poor guy! I know how he must have felt! Mr. A.

written, my weekend was busy. first i went to the AWESOME dance an
friday!!!!!me and my friends all danced right next to the speakers
so i had trouble hearing that night and the next day. on saturday i
had a 9:00 SOCCER GAME. IN CHELMSFORD. AT 9:00. IN THE MORNING. NOT
AWESOME. and we drove down with patricia and i had to get up super
early. after the socccer game, i went over to georges island. theres
this thing called halloween on the harbor and they make this big
kinda really scary haunted house in and out of the fort. is really
awesome. yesterday(sunday) i helped out in the fort and scared
people. it was awesome!! reyna the fabtabulous Hi. I had a great weekend too - very busy, but crowned by the unseating of the evil empire on Sunday. Liverpool are now three points clear at the top of the league! Yeh!! Totally awesomalicious - new word of the day!! Mr. A.

Here are some thoughts for you that might help you attract people to your fashion blog: Spellchecker - nobody likes to read error strewn words! Boys - you don't seem to have much to offer to boys - other than thinly veiled jibes! Qualifications - who are you to tell everybody what is and is not fashionable? Rather than just stating what color, nails, and hair are 'in' according to anonymous you, why not back it up with some evidence? Magazines or book references would help. After all, I could just write the exact opposite to your tips and who is to say my opinions are any worse or less biased than yours? Originality and Creativity - people are attracted to visual images and interesting, witty, unusual opinions. Work on your designs and thoughts! I applaud your willingness to pursue blogging. Guess who this is... Give up? It's Kylie!! Sorry I haven't written in a while. A virus conveniently consumed my laptop. I still can't use the internet on it, so now I'm using my parents' computer. Drat!

Eighth grade is going pretty well, aside from a
sadistic social studies teacher who gave a test 2/3 of the
school failed (I pulled an 84, which is okay compared to most of
my class that got 30's). I'm actually learning a lot in social
studies this year. We have to label all 50 states every friday,
which is actually pretty easy, and she's forcing us to not be
hermits and actually know what's going on with the election.
Algebra isn't particularly enthralling either (I don't
understand all this fuction/notation/irrational number
nonsense), but I'm happy because this year I have Ms. Schulte
for Spanish (I've had Mr. Dickens the past two years, and he
sweats A LOT! In winter he sweats through sweaters).
I'm also doing soccer this year! My team's doing
okay. I'm on a team with Bailey and Meghan, and we're called the
Flaming Marshmallows!

I stopped trick-or-treating in 7th grade, because by then I really didn't look like a 12-year-old, and it got kind of awkward (I was helping with an afterschool program today and one of the adults said she was a waitress and would have served me alcohol). Yikes 2! So this year Bailey and I are going to watch insanely scary movies and eat our weight in candy corn. Yikes 3! - I saw Bailey at the Revolution game last Saturday. I might drop by on an early release day this year, if that's okay. I'll look into it, because I'm not sure when they are, but if it's before the 20th this month I need to get my mom a birthday present. The first one is October 22nd - there are a group of sixth graders coming to that. If you fancy coming along to give that 8th Grade perspective, you're more than welcome. It will be nice to see you.

It's Ethan. Yeah I have contact with some kids in the class. I'm one inch from being five foot tall, so I've grown too. I live in Larkspur, Perry Park I have seen so many deer on my bus ride to school and from school. It's really nice here. Oh you know the song from the second play (theme song), well my brother likes it so I was wondering if you could burn it on a disc and send it, or you could send it to my e-mail and I could burn it on a disc. I have a mountain in my backyard I really like looking at it, it's red. I saw two bucks fighting the other day, you would have loved it, the way the antlers were coliding so fast it was amazing. Suprisingly Brennan, Kathryn, Ilana, and Leanna havn't e-mailed me in like about a month or longer. Two days ago I caught a salamander and I've cought a couple lizards too. Well I have got to go it's 9:00 in Colorado time, well bye.

Hey Mr.Allen, It's Ethan, I'm going to school in Colorado and I'm hanging out with some old friends of mine. I'm in my 5th or 6th week I'm not keeping good track. Well I just decided that I should say hi. I'm living with my grandparent's we arn't sure how long but even if I do go back to Massachusetts I won't be going to the Andrews or Mcglyn because my mom moved. For my brothers birthday we went to the mountains it was really fun. Well I'm having fun with my old friends in Colorado but I miss the old class in Massachusetts. Bye. Hi Ethan. hey mr.allen today was the first of middle
school and well i guess it was ok, i mean it wasn't as exciting as i
thought it would be, but im on the same side as Devin and Hannah and
lily n every one so i guess its cool , so how was your summer? David!! Be patient with Middle School - the first few days will be a lot of talking and babying you around, but it will settle down after a couple of weeks and you'll be able to see what's up. Hi MIke! Hi Kat, England was great but the weather was utterly, dreadfully, and miserably bleak and gloomy throughout my stay. As grey as slate. When a tiny trickle of blue sky broke through for ten minutes on the tenth day, everybody stopped what they were doing and cheered and dancing in the streets broke out! Sorry, can't help on The Wilson front. You should have written when I was in GB and I could have picked up a few for you! You're always welcome to visit - no matter how old and grizzly you become. However, you should concentrate on settling into Middle School right now: impressing the teachers, making new friends.
