Dear Parents/Guardians,

 

We hope everyone is enjoying the school year so far.  There are a couple of things coming up that we, as classroom coordinators, need to help Mr. Allen with.

 

Parent Conferences:

The Parent Conferences are going to be held in a few weeks and we have been asked to help coordinate the schedule.  Mr. Allen will meet with parents/guardians after school and evenings as listed.  The students are welcome to attend the conference if they choose to.  More information about the conferences is available on the class web site in the “What’s New” section.  Listed below are the dates and times available.  Please contact Julie by email or telephone to schedule a conference time.  If you are emailing your request, it may be helpful to give us a few times you are available and we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.  Mr. Allen will post the master schedule on his web site in the “What’s New” section and update as we give it to him.       

 

Class Show:

As you know, the students are working now on the idea for the show to be held in December.  The show will be held the evening of Tuesday, December 22^nd with two performances.  The first performance will be at 6:00pm, the second at 7:00pm.  Please RSVP to Jean with the number in your party and which show you would like to attend.
