Because the narrative reports have an unusual structure, I have put up this guide to the narrative reports that I hope you will find useful.
This is the draft timetable for our tests in 06/07
Memorial for Officer Fahey: Officer Fahey was a kind and gentle teacher who I have worked with for a number of years. He was always loved by the students. He made difficult subjects comfortable for the students. His ability to make friends instantly with everyone, to be relaxed and charming always, to connect with all the students, will be sorely missed by the DARE program. I will miss him. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his family and close friends.
Here are the game boards for the Ecosystem game, as of today. Could this be the first year ever when the game actually works?
Revolutionary Replicas
Each Tavern has photos of their Revolutionary replicas linked from each Tavern Homepage. I'll be putting up their paragraphs when I find them!
Here is a page of information and links for anyone who wants to follow up our American Revolution unit by attending one of the many events in our area over the vacation. The information and research was put together for the group by Kate Adams. Thanks!
Solutions to three puzzles, and three new ones. Can you solve them?

Great show! We all loved it.
Check out the creative work completed in Ms. Davis' art class
Here are a few incredibly poor pictures from Friday's performance by this vocal quartet. (Don't quit the day job Mr. Allen!!)
Listen to our record! Prepare to be amazed!!! This is a first draft. It sounds way better on the CD, I've gotta tell you! I'll be providing CD's of the next mix to the students after the vacation.
Later than anticipated, you can now read these works in progress... if you dare!!
Here's the link to the Yonsa website. Many students have signed up for the Yonsa pen pal project. They have received their pen pals first communication and have written and posted their first letters to the students in Ghana.

'Guess what? You'll never believe this... I still have Cody -
Meghan's and my egg from when we did the egg drop! He's in the
fridge and he doesn't even smell!'
Television Shows of the future Follow this link for a selection of the posters created for the homework project.
See the contestants in today's competition, read their thoughts on their designs, and, if you want, even check out how your favorite vehicle performed in the competition. You'll have to search a bit for the link! The competition was only the last part of the challenge. All the teams should be applauded for their efforts.
Space Convention Photos and Music
I was very proud of what the students achieved, especially that all the music, the brochures, the set and the dramas were completed in only six work days.
On our first visit to the river we each found a tree, sat down and wrote about what we saw, heard, smelled, touched, and tasted. Here are some of the words we wrote:
See the future through the student's eyes...
A new comic book sensation from Nicky Adams
Calm yourself and relax to the gentle sounds of grade five homework projects...
We examined famous photographs from Life Magazines collection of 100 important photos. These photos were used as a springboard for poetry. Read some of the poems that resulted...
