Brenda's Mom: Thanks for the message. I hope Brenda and the whole family are doing well.

Hey Mike!

It's me Gia! No, not the dog, the girl. I see that you have a student whose pet is named....GIA? Oh noooo!!!

Let's hope that readers here will not think that the page entitled Gia is that of the dog, haahaa. Or that the 'pet Gia' is the creator of music CD's. Then again, that could get very interesting if they did! (The amazing dog, Gia....musical and artistic!!)

Please tell David that his Gia is very cute. And also as white as I am!!

Speaking of the 'Gia page'...I should really do it over. I'd like to have the Luna project on it maybe or a link to the giagreene.com web site? I just realized how long ago I did that page...time for something new, I hope you agree!

Well, take care and I hope to see you soon!

Carpe Diem ~
Gia ^_^  (the girl, not the dog!!)

Hi G.

I agree the page needs a do over. Is High School homework so easy that you have the time? Gia (the dog) sure is cute, but I know who's songs I want to hear. I'm looking forward to hearing the new songs before they get old!

See  you soon.

mike

Kylie: Will you resend your email? Sorry, I can't find it in my address book. Thanks.

Thursday, September 27th

So, is your new class talkative and wild like we were? Do they gossip all the time, too? Is there anyone that is like me?
Sincerely,
Rachel the African Country Memorizer

Hi  Rachel the African Country Memorizer,

Yes and no, I don't know, and it's not possible!

mike

hello this is tenatios D.  i will tell you my name.  *****.  I am the toughest super hero on the planet so stand back

Do you mean 'hardest to chew'? Is your secret power that you can't be eaten by large scary predatory carrots? When the giant carnivorous carrots attack, is that why you recommend standing back - that when they realize tenactios D is too tough to swallow, they'll turn on me? Not with the Seal of Aporvale, crumbeld, and Himan around!

Mr. Allen

Hi Mike, I haven't talked to you in a while.  I was wondering if I could visit you some time.  December 12 would be good (What ever is a good day for you).
I've really been learning the piano.  I learned three songs by my self.  I hope the class is going well.
                        Your Former student,
                    Sullivan (Sully)

Hi Sully,

I'll add you to the list for December 12th. That list is now Kevin, Jason, Jared, Tommy, Conor, Rachel, and yourself. That's a full list for that date now! Holy cow! It sounds ridiculous, but the next date, after that, according to Kev, is January 9th! I'm unhappy with that, but what can I do?

Glad you're keeping the music going!

Your former teacher,

mike

Hi Betsy. Got your message. Will you send me your email address? Unfortunately the website doesn't collect email addresses through the 'communicate' page. All the best.

mike

Hi Mr. allen

It is possibal to comeplte the chessboard puzzel without a calculator, you just gotta be a college math professer. But it is possibal, just saying

Mike S.

Hi

I'm a new super hero my name is......

"crumbeld up ball of tape".

I shall find who himan is and reveal his secret identity

I can read minds, and I know  what your all thinking right now, your thinking that this is Michael. see, I can read minds, well its not. I am actually righting this right in here in side my cardboard box I live in with my laptop thats made out of cardboard.

"crumbeld up ball of tape".

P.S.

I think I already know who himan is.

What I'm thinking is: 'there are nine errors I can see in the new Superhero's message. I may not know what his powers are, but I can tell what they're not, right now!'

I'm hoping that "crumbeld up ball of tape" will prove me wrong in future correspondence!

Mr. Allen

I would love to come in on december 12.      middle school is going great and the transition is easy. hows your year going? tommy

Tommy,

My  year is going great. A bit of bad luck with technology today, however! C'est la vie (it is the life)! The new class is going be a great one!

Glad to hear you're doing well. See you in December, if not before!

mike

Wednesday, September 26th

Hi Michael,

It's fantastic you offered a math puzzle, however the only prize you can offer is 'the fabulous fifth grade prize of absolutely nothing'. The point of these puzzles is to do them because you want to, not for any prize! Very generous of you, nevertheless!

Mr. Allen

Hi, Sarah the diplomat!

I'm waiting for parent contact on this one. I know nothing else other than what you may have read here. Maybe you should be the one who picks up the phone?

mike

Hi Mr. Allen, it's Jason's mom Janet.  Question about the musical instrument lessons -  I don't think I can attend the informational night about that but Jason has shown interest in learning the flute.  Any idea how I can get him signed up or who to contact?  Thanks in advance and look forward to meeting you soon.  Janet

Hi Janet,

Got your messages. Can you send me an email address to reply to your other message? Thanks. As for the music; the music department is based at the High School. The chap to speak to is Mr. Caron. I think the meeting on Thursday is all about renting an instrument for the classes. Look forward to seeing you on Curriculum Night (Wednesday, October 3rd at 8:30pm in room 411). Hope this helps.

mike

Mr.Allen,
I'll give you a clue. The first 3 letters of my name are ***.
From,
Himan

Dear Himan,

I've changed your clue to protect your secret hero identity. How's the portrait coming?

Mr. Allen.

Hey Mr. Allen,
I was just looking at the math puzzles and wondering if play think #357 is 3 and if play think #6 is the egg.
p.s I am working on the chess board puzzle.

reyna.

Hi Reyna,

The words don't have to be real words for puzzle 357. As for #6, can you prove you're right? You need a calculator for the chess board puzzle!

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr.Allen it's Conor. How is the new school year been going? Well anyways, I wanted to ask if I could come to your class on December 12 with Kevin and Jason. Also when are we going to get together to record music. I've been taking guitar leasons.

   Conor

Hi Conor,

I'll add you to the list for December 12th. That list is now Kevin, Jason, Jared, Tommy, Rachel, and yourself. That's a full list for that date now! Holy cow! As for the music, you need to communicate with each other, then get a parent willing to supervise the sessions to call me.  Hope the year is as exciting and fascinating for you as the new year is for me!

All the best.

mike

Didn't know if you were aware, but Medford Chamber of Commerce has signed on to the "Green Streets" program (see attached)...happy biking....

Vicki

Dear Green Streets Friends and Coordinators,

As you know, this Friday, September 28, is Walk/Ride Day!

Some quick notes and attachments follow.  Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you!

  • Please encourage everyone to patronize our sponsors!  Green Streets' retail sponsors up and down Mass Ave, and in every neighborhood would LOVE to hear from you and your colleagues!!!  Our retail sponsors are proud of to be part of Green Streets, are giving away or discounting wonderful things and want all of us to come say hello!  Some of our sponsors include, as always, free ice cream at Toscanini's, chocolate truffles at Willoughby and Baltic art gallery, chocolate chip cookies at Full Moon and great deals - often 10-15% off - at stores up and down Mass Ave and other squares in Cambridge, Somerville and, new this month, Medford!  Check them out at www.GoGreenStreets.org!
  • Please also
    • Take pictures!  It is always great to see the faces of those who go green.  People who go green generally are just as central to our mission to celebrate city-wide green transportation days every month as those who are trying it for the first time, so we like to recognize them all.  By the way, this a great task to give to a friend to do, and a good way to someone new be involved! Please feel free to share with us!
    • Gather data!  Though it can be difficult at first, we encourage you to survey your staff both on a "normal day", eg. another day this week, and on Walk/Ride Day.  Over time, the results will be very rewarding.  We are in the process of developing on-line means for coordinators to have fellow staff sign in, which some of our organizations already do in-house, and will keep you posted.  (Let us know if you'd like to be involved in working on this.)

Many organizations raffle off items like movie tickets to encourage staff to both participate and sign-in.  We have items we can donate to your survey/raffle as well.  Just ask!

See attached surveys for reference or your use.  (They are sent as .doc and .pdf b/c sometimes the format of the .doc doesn't come out right.  The .pdf is meant to show how the .doc was intended to look, but feel free to modify as you like!)

  • Flyers and Info Cards:
    • Flyers: We have three flyer styles this month.  (We have been adding so many sponsors that we can't list them al!) Flyers A lists some of our retail sponsors in each neighborhood, so you can print the most appropriate one.  Or use the simpler Flyers B or C, that do not mention our retail sponsors.  They don't have dates on them and can be re-used each month.

    • Business-size Green Streets cards: These are great reminders to hand out and are updated with our latest sponsors.  We have plastic card-holders, so they look great on your desk of that of the front reception desk.
  • In-House Blurb:

    • Of course, write whatever you like, and offer an in-house incentive of your own.  Attached are a few that you can borrow from.  Another idea is to ask people to sign a pledge to use green transportation a certain number of times per week, month, year, etc.

Please stay in touch!  Thanks for your involvement!  You really are making a huge and important difference.

Tuesday, September 25th

Mike,
Can I also visit Dec 12th? I don't get to see you as much.

   Tori

Hi Tori.

That wouldn't be fair of me right now, would it? However, if not many students end up showing up in December, then you'll be more than welcome. You know I've got to think about the value of the exercise for the current class. If there are too many students, the exercise becomes chaotic and pointless.
Hope everything is going well for you. What's your favorite class?

mike

Hi Mr. Allen!
Is 'not either' the right answer for plaything #6 in math puzzles? See-ya!
                       Talia

Hi Talia.

Good try - but there is a clear answer to this puzzle, believe it or not!

Mr. Allen.

Hi. I'm a new "super hero" in the class. You'll never know who I am.
From,
Himan

Hi Himan.

I hope your portrait will join the mighty Seal of Aporvale on the Superhero gallery display wall! Even such mighty heroes as the Seal must be getting lonely up there, all alone!

Mr. Allen

Hi Kathryn.

Let me explain how to email jpg's tomorrow - or get your folks to help. If you email them as attachments to mike@michaeljallen.org, I'll be able to get them.

Mr. Allen

Hi, Mr. Allen do you mind if i come in on the first half day hope your doing well

Tommy S.

Hi Tommy.

Unfortunately, I already have eight students booked in for that visit. If you want to come on December 12th with Kevin, Jason, Jared and Rachel (so far), you're more than welcome. Nice to hear from you.

mike

Monday, September 24th

Clare G: Thanks for the ideas. Could you send me your email address - the website doesn't pick them up automatically.

mike

Hey Mike,
It's Tori, and no I'm not in computer. I just wanted to say hi.

    TORI

Hi Tori!

mike

Of course you're allowed to tease me about the errors, but, ummm, WHAT ERRORS? Is it because I used the word 'gotta'? I probably made a grammar mistake there too (I never could figure out how to place question marks after quotes). Ah well, I'm not perfect, but I appreciate you telling your class about me (you could keep the grammar flops our little secret *hint hint*).
-Kylie

Kylie,

Nobody will ever know!

mike

Dear Mr.Allen,
I would like to visit you on October 17th. Is that ok?
               your former student,
                    Jared

Hi Jared,

Unfortunately, I already have eight students booked in for that visit. If you want to come on December 12th with Kevin, Jason, and Rachel (so far), you're more than welcome. Nice to hear from you.

mike

Sounds awsome!
            Jared

mr.allen on the homework do we right five things on one of the topics or five different topics???????
david

Hi David,

We'll go over it again today.

Mr. Allen

Oh well, I guess I'll just come in December, then. Maybe. If I can.
Sincerely,
Rachel the Early Bird
p.s. Tomorrow I'm getting up at -gasp- 5:45!

Rachel the Early Bird

Ok. Would you dress up as a boy for the day? Just joking...

mike

Kristin: I'll show you the pack at school today.

Ilana: Got your message.

Mr. Allen

hey mr.allen,
Is hand shakes #1 six?  hey mr.allen it's reyna again.i was just wondering wether hand shakes #2 is six?

reyna.

Hi Reyna,

You got number 1!

Good try on number 2 - close but no cigar!

Mr. Allen

Hey Mr. Allen It's Jay
I was wondering if now would be a good time for the Reflections to come and see you? I was wondering if I could come into visit for the early release on December 12, let me know if I can

Hey Jay.

How's it going? You should get your mom to give me a ring, and we'll get organized. You're on for the visit on December 12th.

mike

Hey, Mike!
I know I'm sending, like, a messege every day but I'm just kind of anxious for Jobasky to start again.
Oh, I was under the impression that SOMEONE had contacted you so I guess I'll ask my mom about that. Not saying I'm giving up on writing, I just don't want it as a proffesion, but I'll probably go to college for an english degree as, like, a backup plan (even rock stars gotta have a backup plan incase their band crashes and burns flaming firey deaths of doom).
-Kylie

Hi Kylie,

Now there's something I rarely see - Kylie sends a message with errors in it. That's just after I've told my class how  amazingly careful, as well as brilliant, you are - I was telling them about your upcoming early release day visit! Go figure! Am I allowed to tease you about the errors?

mike

Sunday, September 23rd

Hey Mr. Allen,
Is number 14 on where in the world is Mr. Allen in Atatürk Olympic Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey on May 25, 2005?  (I cut and pasted it from the web because I did not remember from when I watched it)
The USA won over England. But England played well.
from, Reyna

Hey Reyna.

Magnificent job! One of the greatest days in soccer history, in my humble opinion. Well done.

I watched the USA England game, too. I agree with you.

See you tomorrow.

Mr. Allen

Hey, Mike!
Where'd you see Bailey? Isn't her new haircut awesome? (I gave suggestions for it). Can't wait till Jobasky starts again! I've got some lyrics and half a song. Bailey and I came up with a chorus a while back. I also thought I'd tell you that I no longer aspire to be a writer. It's a tad bit unrealistic but let's just say I aspire to follow in Gerard Way's footsteps, if you know what I mean.
-Kylie

Hey Kylie.

I saw her outside of the Brooks on Friday. Don't give up on the writing thing - you're too good!! You should get your mom to contact me about Jobasky.

mike

Hi Mike,
My mom looked on the computer website for me. The next early release is December 12. I have all of the dates.
Jan 9
Feb 6
March 12
May 7
June4
I can come in on most of these days. Any chance i I can get December 12? I don't know if you want kids there when your busy with the show. Let me know though.
See you soon,
Kevin A(ndrew)

Hi Kev,

Thanks for that. You're on for the 12th - we won't be too deeply  into the show by then.

See you.

mike

Hi mike! So i can come in on the early day??? yay! I think me and joey might come to see you tomorrow after school. Hope to see you then!
Lizzy

Hi Lizzy.

See you then, then.

mike

Ahem, reserved for the boys? What if I want to come? I forgot about visiting until Lizzy told me, so as long as I can get out of school, I want to come on the day in November!
Sincerely,
Rachel the Relieved
(Why the relieved? Because my dad messed up my internet connection a couple days ago, and he has finally fixed it!)

Hi Rachel the relieved,

You can come in November, if you get the time - I guess the Andrews/McGlynn don't have an early release in November. I got 8 girls coming to visit in October, and no boys! What about the poor boys in my new class?

Glad you're back in cyberspace.

mike

Saturday, September 22nd

David G: Got your message.  Could you send me an email address? If you write directly, my email is mike@michaeljallen.org. The communicate window does not collect email address info! Go figure!

Lian: Humor. See you soon!

Hi,
Hope you are having a great year so far.  Have you recovered from the ride?  I love middle school.  I am on side B at the McGlynn with quite a few of my friends.  It's fun because we get to see everyone at lunch (both sides).

I can't believe the early release date visit is already booked!  I would love to come in.  Save me a space for the next one if you can.  I am going to take the bus to the school one of these days so I can say hi.

Have a great weekend.
Kevin (I was going to say Kevin A., but realized I couldn't because you have another Kevin A. in class this year.)  I'm sure you know who I am.

Hi Mr. Andrew!

Nice to hear from you. I can't believe how fast that visit filled up. It's a new record. As for the one after, whenever that might be, you're in - what are the chances of you finding the date? I really want to invite everyone, but it would be chaotic and useless. On top of that, Denise and Mr. Simon would kill me!

Glad you're having fun.

mike

Friday, September 21st

Mike,
I really, really, really, really, really, really, want to come!!!!!!!
Hello Mike. Four children, Regine, Tori, Lian, Sarah and Lizzy would like to reserve four places to come to your classroom on October 17th. Lian would like to add, and I am quote, " If you do not invite me, I will torture you on Mondays, even more. So Mike, will you please invite us?
Regine and Tori, plus Sarah, Lian and Lizzy.
Tori
Regine
P.S. Regine, Tori and My Fried Lyara are listening to the cd right now! Were in computer!

Hi Guys.

Wow, that didn't take long! So that's the October 17th visit already filled up, notwithstanding parents being OK with the visit, and methods for getting home being sorted out by the group. The full list is:

Kylie, Regine, Tori, Sarah, Lian, Lizzy, Sara P. and Leila.

To be honest, it's two or three more than optimal, but as long as you take turns and keep cool (Lian!), it could be useful for the class. The next visit after that will be reserved for boys, if they want to come!

Have a great weekend.

mike

The first early release day is Wednesday, October 17. Quite a ways off, isn't it?
Did I mention I'm obsessed with MCR? They're so awesome, but I'll tell you later rather than take up a million miles of this page by typing.
-Kylie

Hi Kylie.

They are rather clever chaps, I think. I really liked 'The Black Parade for a spell earlier this year. See you soon.

mike

PS. I saw Bailey today. Couldn't believe how much she'd grown over the summer!

Thursday, September 20th

Hey, Mike! Is it too early (or too late) to claim a spot to visit you on the first early release day? Am I still allowed to come, even though I'm a 7th grader now? My mom said it's fine, so I just wanted to make sure I could come. And I don't mind if everyone else is a 6th grader. Muahaha, see this is how far I plan ahead.
-Kylie

Hi Kylie.

You're fiendish! you're the first one so far. When is the early release day, anyway?

mike

Nameless one worried about the homework being shared with classmates: Don't worry. The only part of this particular project that will be shared is the artwork - the portraits will be displayed in the classroom.

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr. Allen

It's mike again I thought about the writeng and I've decided to do this, if I dont turn into a professinal football player I'll be a surgeon. If that dosent work then I shall become a writer.

Mike §.

P.S.

I have decided to from now on call soccer football (witch is it's real name). I have also decided to try to become a pro american, being diferent, standing up for others ect.

ØK bye

Hi Mike.

I like the plan. I think you need to call 'football' 'soccer', because in America people won't know what you mean, otherwise!

Mr. Allen

Dear mr. allen,

On handshakes #2, assuming everyone shakes with only their right hand, the answer would be 3.

Charlotte.

Hi Charlotte.

You're right. The puzzle is asking how many different ways can these three handshakes happen, where nobody crosses over someone else's arms. I'll act it out for you tomorrow, if you ask.

Mr. Allen

Hey Mike,
How is the class? Right now I'm in computer, I just finished my work before Regine!! When can I visit?
Hi, MIKE! We are about to leave school in five minutes. The whole class at the Andrews, exclude Jared, has be wondering when we can visit you! Regine and Tori!!!

Hi Regine and Tori.

The first early release day must be coming soon. Just like last year, to be most useful to the current class, I'd like to limit the number of visitors to about six. So basically, I'll invite the first six people who ask to visit, if all necessary parent approval have been obtained! If more people want to visit, I'll respectfully ask them to arrange to visit on another early release date, if they should still wish to. You should  let me know as early as possible if you want to come, so I can let the office know who to expect.

Nice to hear from you both.

mike

Hi Mike,
I love sixth grade it's SO MUCH BETTER than fifth grade, or fourth grade, or third grade etc.
I love all of my teachers and they hardly give me any homework. (At least not yet anyway). By the way, they teach another kind of long division, so I have to learn it! I look forward to seeing you with Conor and Jason.

Eli

Hi Eli!

Glad to hear from you. You sound like you're having fun. I love your enthusiasm. I'm sure the homework thing won't last, however!

I'm having fun, too!

mike

Wednesday, September  19th

hi mr.allen,
on the predictions part do we have to do the same people for 10 and 20 years?

Charlotte

Hi Charlotte.

Yes, do the same people. For example, make predictions for David in 10 years, and David in 20 years.

Mr. Allen

Dear Mr.Allen,
   I tryed out the math games and is #1 handshake's answer 6? and #2 handshake's answer 15?

              Peachs

Hi Peaches.

Guess what? You're the first to try out the math puzzles from this year's class. As for the answers, you got the first one right! Well done! I'll explain more clearly what the second one is asking, if you ask me.

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr. Allen

Hi its Michael I just wanted to tell you this, after lots of practice I can finally curve a soccer ball! I'm going to keep practicing, and by the time I am twenty I'll be as good as David beckham, yay me! Maybe when  I’m playing in college a scout for Liverpool or AC Milan will be there, and notice my curving ability. Then I'll finish college and move to England or Italy and if there isn't any scouts that come to the games I shall become a surgeon.

Mike §.

Hi Michael.

Sounds like a plan. So you'll need to do the work to become both a surgeon and a footballer. You've got some hard work ahead. Good to be ambitious. What about squeezing some writing or music into the program, too? Be a Renaissance man! Why not?

Mr. Allen

Tuesday, September 18th

mr.allen i really need to know on the homework do we  do the predictions 20 and 10 years or 20 or 10 years?

Hi Nameless.

20 and 10 ten years.

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr.Allen,
In where in the world is Mr. Allen #12 is Liverpool Harbor.

Eric

Hi Eric

Hi Michael.

No luck on the where in the World, I'm afraid. As for the prediction, - short - total time: no more than an hour. I'm going to talk with everyone about the homework tomorrow, first thing.

Mr. Allen

HI Mr. Allen

I was just wondering do you hate argentine people because some one told me that englsh and argentine people because, of maradona made the goal with his hand.Or the war I dont know, you might not hate them but I've heard that alot of english people do, the ones who went to that game

p.s.

Michael S.

Hi Mr. Allen

•°¤*(¯`°¶ ¤MÎÇHàÊL¤ ¶°´¯)*¤°•

¶ ¤MÎÇHàÊL¤ ¶

Hi Michael.

I don't hate any country or type of people. As a matter of fact, I don't hate anyone, as far as I know. I could make a short list of things I hate: crazy drivers, violent people, flat tires, spooky clowns, onions, that sort of thing.

I don't know what a 'sqaure route' is! Is it some sort of road walked only by the dreaded Sqaure, the terror of moose everywhere?

Between 3 and 1 is the word 'and'.

As for the other trick, it's really not a good idea, in my opinion. What can I say? You want to have fun? Start writing songs, or drawing a comic book, or take some cool photos, or investigate the living things in your neighborhood. Make stuff!

I like your logo/signature designs.

Mr. Allen

ps: Please don't send the same message over and over. Thanks.

dear mr.allen,
the seal of approval told me to tell to try to get him some chamomilie tea
the seal of approvals secratary
kathryn oh come on david!!!!!!!! I was gonna say machu pichu!!!!!!!!!!! /:(

Dear Kathryn,

Mr. Allen

    Kevin

Yes im so happy I got number one and Kevin thanks for reviling my secret sincerely David

Hi Mr. Allen it is David im kind of taking a different approach for the homework to I thought instead of doing the portrait thing on paper I would pint it on a rock so I could be more creative I don’t know just think if not its ok

Hi David.

Let's talk about what you mean tomorrow.

Mr. Allen

Dear Rachel the Nordstrom Lover,

What the heck is a Nordstrom? Some sort of fancy guitar? A cake? As for the other part - there's nothing to be done. It's a free world, though I suspect, as usual, you are right. Glad things are going well for you.

Mr. Allen

hey mr.allen,
i was just wondering if you can put up replies to messeges from 2 years ago.

from, reyna

Hey Reyna.

'Fraid not - they've all been deleted! There were literally thousands! C'est la vie!

Mr. Allen

Hi Mike i went to El salvador and hondarus this summer. i went because my mom went there 20 years ago when there was a huge civil war.
Evan the saint

Hey Saint!

How was it? Amazing, I bet. I've been to Honduras. Did you go to any ruins? I thought the ruins at Copan were fascinating.

Glad to hear from you.

Sunday, September 16th

Hi Mr.Allen! I don't really know why I'm writing but oh well. I been thinking like crazy on the where in the world is Mr.Allen thing. I cant quite get anything yet, but I'm trying. Oh and I finished all the math too, and I'm about to start the real project. Yay!
                 From, Kevin
(P.S. David is the seal of 'aprovale')

Hi Mr.Allen, Its me again, Kevin. I'm taking a WILD guess here, but is #14 the Champ of liverpool and AC milan? And does it take place in Europe? I know i have to be more spicific, but...
         Kevin

Hello Mr.Allen its me one more time!!!!!! Is number 14 in Athens, Europe?

Hi Kevin.

Holy cow, David is 'The Seal of Aporvale'. That's like revealing that Clark Kent is Superman, or Bruce Wayne is Batman. What if the Anti-Stuffed Animal League find out the secret identity of the Seal?

Nice job on the homework. Good try on number 14  - close, but no

cigar!

See you at the Ranch.

Mr. Allen

Dear Mr.Allen,
Hi! Is 1 Mali and 13 Lawrence.
-olivia

Hi Olivia.

Good try, but I'm afraid neither one is quite there! Keep thinking!

See you at the Ranch.

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr.Allen

Eric

Hi Eric.

The boy gets two more perfectly right! Nice job!

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr.Allen. I would like to tell you that I am take a different approach to the homework project. Is that alright?
       From,
           Moose Boy

Hi Mr.Allen. I made a tipo just now. Sorry.
         From
             Moose Boy
(P.S. Typo was a joke)

Dear Moose Boy,

It all depends on what you mean by 'different approach'. 'Different approach' might mean; 'I'm not going to do it all, rip it up, and feed it to my hamster', in which case I would have to ask for an intellectual justification! (huh?).

What 'type o' mistake was it?

Mr. Allen

Hi Mr. Allen

Was that england vs isreal vs england before or after the england vs russia? Cause if it was after, Yay a nother 3-0 win (:

Michael s.

Hi Michael.

It was before - last Saturday, in fact. No wonder I was so cheerful on Monday, eh?

Mr. Allen.

Where in the world is mr.allen #1 i think that it's Machu Picchu ruins in Peru. Where in the world is Mr. Allen #10 Nile river Egypt, David

Hi David.

You're right, sort of, with number 10. You have to be more specific. The temple in the background is the place I'm looking for. You nailed number 1 on the nose - well done!!

Mr. Allen

Hi Nameless One.

Bye.

Mr. Allen

Is #10 (where in the world is Mr Alenn) Ghana or Mali?
-Erin

Hi Erin.

Mr. Allen

speaking on behalf of my kitty

p.s. he/ she is a tabby right?

Hi Michael.

My cat is a boy. His name is 'Boy'. I don't think he is a tabby, but I'm not sure exactly what a 'tabby' is. He is definitely not a duck. Congratulations on the math. You can tell anyone anything you like!

Hope you're having fun. See you on Monday.

Mr. Allen
