happy memorial day weekend, or whatever it's called. I'm in New
Hampshire with my family and my brother's friend Adrien (He's from
Hong Kong). today i was forced to do work instead of play guitar (my
mom had to pry the guitar from my hands). i played in the water,
though, and used my friend's fishing rod and caught a fish! but i
was too scared to take it off the hook so Adam had to. now I'm wet
and tierd. boo hoo. so how has your weekend been? Happy Memorial day to you, too! Glad you're having a fun time. My weekend has been a little bit odd really: thinking about the future, thinking about the past, wondering what to do for the best, that sort of thing! Cancelled my bike ride because of the horrible smoky air! Mr. A.

hi mr.allen we just won our soccer game 4-1 but it should really
have been 5-1 because one of the girls on my team shot and missed
and it hit the pole. So i came in and scored and the ref called it
off sides lamo. But then i scored another goal so ha ha on you, you
stuiped ref. You really need to be more careful about the things you say online. Congratulations on the game and the goal. However, to insult the referee like that is not advisable, especially given the spelling error you made! Mr. A.

Sunday, May 9th OMG I just finished watching the weeping angle episode! WOW!!!! I'm so tempted to watch the second part online. See you Tuesday. Is this you Phil? The Weeping Angels are awesome - and the second part may be even better, in my opinion. I was just rewatching all the new Dr.Who's (with Matt Smith) and I noticed that they all end with showing the same crack that was in the " eleventh hour". Do you thing there is any connection or do you think it's just a cool thing they put in there.
Sorry the dr.who question was mine It's definitely the 'thread' that will get resolved in the last two episodes of the season. If you've watched any of the other seasons, there's always a thread that mysteriously unfolds across the whole season. anomyas what???????? Anyway i need grid paper please. i am totaly
fed up with my afterschool. They make us play on a patch of pavment
the size of the soccer feild with fifty kids. so not cool. all they
give you is broken hula hoops and old jump ropes. Not my idea of

i just heard from my brother say that the 5th graders are going to
canabe lake park for a feild trip. is it true? cause if it is it's
not fair cause we didnt get to go there last year. :( I don't know anything about it. Generally, however, whatever you do in one year with one group has got nothing to do with what you do another year with a different group. Fairness has got nothing to do with it, in my opinion! :) Mr. A.

i went to the brooks school's "big" playgound, a few days ago. It
reminded me of the good and bad memories that had happend. I kind of
miss playing soccer on the soccer feild when i was in 4th and 5th
grade. i noticed that they built more of a fence aroungd the
"little" play ground. Why did they? cause i think it looked better
before they built it. What about you? I hadn't noticed, believe it or not, until you mentioned it. I guess it makes the situation more safe for the students! Mr. A.

hello Mr.a. I'm all alone in New Hampshire with just my doggy and
dad. i know that's not really alone, but whatever. my doggy is
sitting on the leather couch when she isn't supposed to be! but she
is so cute and mom already said we could break that rule. I'm lonely
and the computer is really slow and i have to organize a basement
and grout a counter and mount hangers. i could go swim in the
freezing cold pond like i did yesterday and the day before that. so
many options. Bad doggy! Now Lorax will have to practice the songs for the show! Have a nice time organizing and grouting! Mr. A.

Hey Mr. Allen It's Owen, I have question about the homework. For the design a newspaper etc. thing, do we have to do one of those or all of them? I'm not sure what you mean. Choose a battle. Describe it as a story on the front page of a newspaper in the way described in the instructions. Decorate the rest of the page in whatever way amuses you: revolutionary adverts, gossip column, pictures, etc. Hope this helps, Mr. A.

ugg. i was just eating a lifesavers mint when i swallowed it whole
and it got stuck in my throat. i could breath and everything but it
hurt, so my dad said to drink water to dissolve it, but the filtered
water was all out so i had to use tap water which tastes disgusting.
so i was drinking water, crying, and burping over the sink at the
same time when all of a sudden i threw up in the sink and the mint
came out. it was so gross. i went to the bathroom because i felt
like i would throw up again but i didn't, i just burped. now my head
hurts and the thought of mints makes me gag. Poor thing. I guess those mints didn't make your breath smell fresh. Mr. A.

OW. I'm in New Hampshire in the house we're building and i went up
to my room to look at my new headboard and my light switches were
taken off so they were hanging out and all the metal was exposed.
since it was dark, i didn't see the light switch so i stupidly
grabbed both of the metal wires and i got electrocuted. it tingled
and didn't hurt much but the shock made me cry and laugh at the same
time. Oh no. What a terrible story (I could have said 'shocking' but that would be too cheesy even for me, since you did get hurt!) Mr. A.

i am the happiest girl in the world right now. my family took my
brother's friend from school to New Hampshire to go skiing with us.
he is a boarding student from Hong Kong, so his parents sent us a
fancy old fashoned lunch box filled with hong kongian chocolate. i
hate dark chocolate, but i found a bar of solid milk chocolate. i'm
going to eat some now. Glad you're happy. Don't eat too much of that chocolate! I've had a great vacation making music. I have fourteen songs recorded - (one of my favorites is currently in limbo - the cursed Pro Tools session is damaged so I might have to start over - drat!! I'll never be able to sing the harmonies as well as I did the first time!) the project is called 'Black Wing Night'. It's still a short way away from being posted. Unfortunately, I couldn't work on the Psychedelics material - the files wouldn't open in my home studio - I'm going to have to work on them at the School studio! See you soon! Mr. A.
ummmm.......hi. i have a question to ask you, but first i have to

Oprah Winfrey and it has to be a 5 paragraph Essay. but she has

twice a year to celebrate what John Lenon did am thought how the
world should be a peaceful place and have no war. Now this is the
question want to ask you. Is john Lenon dead? because they were all
acting like he had died. If he did die i had no idea because i barly
ever think or hear about him since after i was in your class. so

Hi it's Lucas and Florida is awesome. When we got here it was 9 and
it took an hour to get to the house so we got to the house at 10 and
had to eat dinner then because we hadn't had it before. The next day
we went to the museum of Ringling brothers circus and I got a t
shirt. On Sunday we went in the pool all day. On Monday we went
fishing and didn't catch anything, we also got ice cream. Today we
went to an aquarium and saw manatees, sharks, fish, a piece of a
dead giant squid, smaller living squids, sting rays, dolphins and
turtles. Sounds like you're having a blast - me too! Mr. A.
We won the soccer game, we were losing 4-1, but we didn't give up so
we won 7-5; I had two goals. What a comeback! Well done! Mr. A.
Monday, February 15th Hey Mr. Allen, it's Owen. The other day I went to this place called Newbury comics. I got the new Jay-z album and it rocks, now I know great songs that aren't on the radio by my favorite artist. And I also got two full books of simpson comic books, and they're hilarious. I also have a soccer game tonight all the way up in Acton. Wish me luck. Good luck in the game today! HI Mr. Allen, So far so good: three songs in the computer, one with The Ferrets, my 'band' and two on my own. As I explained in the previous reply to Soule, I've made a point of challenging myself with some new software and of trying to better understand the potential of my keyboard. It was a struggle, but I'm so glad I did it! I have a new and exciting way to get drums into my projects now that sounds great to me, and my keyboard is revealing why it's considered to be one of the best on the market! happy valentines day! i love valentines day because it is the day of

okaay, its fine that hes to old for me.. i still have a huge poster
in my room of him (: . but omg i went to the high school concert on
friday. first there was a guy (Michael Mahony) and he was only
backed up by a drummer. he sang a couple of songs and he was pretty
good. but at the end he says that he is going to sing a parody of
the song "the long and winding road" and it was about medford.
ohmygod i laughed so hard i cried! and then there were the Carter
Twins. they sang country music, but they were good. and they let us
come up to the bottom of the stage and that was a lot of fun becuase
i was in the front with some of my friends. and they are both kinda
hott . . . that helped . . but it was a lot of fun !! Michael was in my class when he was in fifth grade. He was obsessed with the Beatles then and still is now! Glad you had fun - I've heard good things about the headlining act, too, but I was doing something else that night. Oh well! My advice: keep away from older boys who can turn into wolves! Mr. A.

By 2011 NASA is going to retire the space shuttles, even though they
have only used up 1/4 of their 100 year life. The space shuttles are
going to be replaced by the Ares rockets. The thing is that the Ares
program is going to be canceled due to budget issues. So that means
the U.S.A wont be able to go to outer space by itself. Also, in
related news I'm going to stay up to see the Endeavor launch Sunday
at 4:39 am. So sad i couldn't make it to any of the after school
music. I should be able to by after vacation. Miss you! See you after the vacation then. As for cost cutting, call me radical, but how about avoiding fighting two wars to save money? I was just listening to our cd. We
all sound so different! Brennan especially. His voice went down a
lot! Life is good I guess. School is going great, I have different
friends than I did in 5th grade but it works well. I am still
friends with Charlotte, but not hannah anymore. More of Callie and
Daria and Ilana and those people. I am doing a lot of extra
curricular activities also. I have especially taken a liking to
math. Actually I absolutley love it. Nothing else is really going on
though.
